With the opening of offices in Georgia and Poland in 2022, there was a need to increase the team. The agency was briefes with creating a campaign to attract IT engineers to offices in new locations. 

When communicating with potential candidates, it’s important to use simple & easily adaptable message. But simple doesn’t mean boring! 

Our creatives noticed that the SOFTSWISS logo resembles a superhero mask, which creates a well-known meme image of a superhero cat – understandable in any culture and in any language. It formed the basis of the campaign’s key visual, emphasizing the openness and friendliness characteristic of SOFTSWISS.

The slogan of the campaign was the ambitious phrase New heroes. New challenges which reflected the values of SOFTSWISS (innovation, leadership), and is also a slight reference to the entertainment industry in general.
